We infuse our olive oil with black truffles. The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt) has a strong and peppery smell and exquisite flavor.
Harvesting takes place in the town of Sarrion (Teruel, Spain), which has the greatest surface area of planted oak trees in the world. Tuber Aestivum black truffle, or summer truffle, grows from summer until early fall. It Can Be Distinguished by its angular wrinkles. The color is brownish-black, and the flesh has an intense, characteristic perfume and flavor.
